Event Registration

We are pleased to announce the 2010 games registration is OPEN for all events!

To register go to the registration page or log into your account at the top of the page. If you forgot your password use our e-mail password reminder. If you did not compete last year create a new account. Once you are in your account (please update all information) then you can register for the event (s) and pay through our secure Pay Pal portal. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your entry and don't forget to book your hotel rooms. If you have any problems contact Steve Lawson at 720-407-4461

Registration dead line for a free Tee-Shirt is 07/12/2010 @12:00pm this is for On-Line Registration Only! Mail In deadline (post mark date) for free Tee-Shirt is 07/08/2010. To receive the free Tee-Shirt offer competitors must have completed registration forms and paid in full to be eligible.

Event Notes

Golf will be a 4 person scramble event.
Assigned tee times will be provided prior to the event.
Due to the popularity of the course, the course will not permit a shotgun start.
Event fees will include green fees, cart rental, range balls, lunch, and door prizes.
Medals will be awarded for the top 3 teams.
In the event of a tie, a card playoff will decide the outcome.
Tee times are scheduled to begin at 12 pm.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: All registrations must be received by CPFAA no later than July 23rd.
The Breckenridge Golf Course is requiring the total numbers of golfers by this date.
No late registrations will be accepted. (unless you are substituting for another player already registered).
The course has given us a very reduced rate for this event.
The course is a must play and we hope to see many golfers at this years event.

All competitors must fill out entry form, sign waivers and pay fees prior to July 23, 2010. Check in will be done at the golf course prior to the start of their event, competitors will need their department ID to verify eligibility and obtain their participation pass. The team captain is responsable to have a complete team roster submitted prior to July 23, 2010.  Once event starts no other roster additions will be allowed.
